Common Name: Scarlet Curls Willow
Young twisted scarlet red stems and unique curly leaves make this perennial an outstanding. Red shade intensifies after cold weather and first frost. Branches are gold. This robust small tree grows at about 30 ft tall and spread 20 ft wide in dense, rounded growth habit. It enjoys full amount of sun but tolerates partial shade conditions in any moist, rich, well-drained soil. Cut branches are used in floral arrangements.
