Abies bornmuelleriana barney is a miniature evergreen conifer that features short, dark green needles. Its top branches were exposed as it mature giving this variety an aged look. Grows at a slow rate reaching 1 foot tall by 2 ft wide in 10 years in spreading habit of growth. Highly attractive to birds. It performs well in rich, moist, well-drained soil with some sunlight or partial shade condition. Ideal for specimen and foundation.
