Common Name: Pyramidal Silver Fir
Features an eye-catching sharp, thin dark green needles that display its radiant silvery underside. Grows at a moderate rate, reaching 65 ft tall at maturity and spread 20 ft wide in dense, upright, pyramid growth habit. Performs well in cool temperature but enjoys some sunlight. Prefers rich, moist, acidic,well-drained soil. An excellent selection as a specimen. 'Pyramidalis' is characterized by its narrow, conical form, which tends to remain quite compact as it matures. Its branches are densely arranged, and the overall appearance is highly symmetrical. The foliage consists of dark green needles that radiate outward from the branches.
